Terms and conditions

These terms of use govern the relationship between the Guest and the Service Provider (The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins, and in relation to the terms and conditions of the reservation, service prices, terms and methods of payment, terms of cancellation of the reservation, and the rules and conditions of accommodation.
 
Reservation guarantee conditions
 
When registering, and for the purpose of reserving the selected service, the guest guarantees the reservation by paying in advance 100% of the offered service.
 
A valid credit card is required as a guarantee and will be charged at the time of booking.
 
Payment is made according to the valid price list in convertible marks.
 
Types of prices and conditions for canceling a reservation
 
It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. For later cancellations of the reservation, The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins will charge the full amount of the booked service.
 
In case of no-show without prior cancellation of the reservation, The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins will charge the total amount of the reservation.
 
It is not possible to change or cancel the reservation. The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins will charge the full amount of the reservation immediately upon booking.
 
Prices
 
The valid price of the service is specified in the offer privided by the service provider. In case of any changes or deviations from the reserved services, regular prices will be charged.
 
No refund is offered for unused services.
 
All types of special services that are not included in the offer are paid for by the guest and must be ordered when making the reservation or upon request on the spot.
 
Prices in euros are informative.
 
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change the reservation if the reservation system has been misused or if it was made by the user’s obvious mistake.
 
Arrival/Departure
 
Arrival: from 14:00 to 17:00h
Departure: until 11:00h
 
In case of later arrival, it is necessary to contact the accommodation manager and arrange an arrival time.
 
Tourist tax
 
Tourist tax is included in the price.
 
Reservation confirmation and travel documents
 
Confirmation of the reservation is made after receipt of payment and in accordance to the submitted offer, in the amount of 100% of the amount of the stay.
 
Guests are required to have a valid personal travel documents upon arrival and present it on the spot.
 
Invalid documents, which result in the cancellation of the trip, will be treated as non-arrival and will be dealt with as defined in the General Terms and Conditions.
 
Categorisation and accommodation descriptions
 
The offered accommodation and other facilities are described according to the official categorization of the Ministry of Economy of the Una San Canton.
 
The Cozy Chalet does not assume responsibility for oral or written information, which is not in accordance with the description of services and facilities in the published information media, and which was obtained by a third party.
 
Accommodation
 
Upon arrival, an introduction to the facility, accompanying contents and technology in the facility is performed, as well as an inspection of the facility for damage. Furthermore, upon departure, the object is inspected for damage, if certain damages or deficiencies are found, the full amount of compensation for the these is borne by the guest on the spot.
 
Complaints
 
Complaints can be made on the spot verbally to staff of The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins. If the deficiencies are not mended after the complaint, the guest must ask for a certificate that shows that the service was not provided, or that it was not provided in the manner agreed upon.
 
The guest is obliged to file a written complaint within 8 days after the end of the trip in writing and deliver it by mail to The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins, Oštrelj bb, 77250 Bosanski Petrovac or by e-mail: info@thecozychalet.ba
 
If a written complaint is filed after the specified deadline, it will not be taken into account.
 
The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins is obliged to consider and accordingly issue a written solution to the complaint.
 
While the complaint resolution procedure is ongoing, the guest irrevocably renounces mediation by any other party, arbitration of any kind, as well as providing information to the media. Likewise, during this time, the guest waives the right to sue.
 
The maximum amount of compensation per complaint can reach the amount of the complained part of the services, and it cannot include the already used services as well as the entire amount of the arrangement.
 
The guest and The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins will try to resolve disputes amicably, and in case of impossibility of amicable settlement of the dispute, the Municipal Court in Bihać has jurisdiction.
 
The applicable law will be the local law.
 
Commitments – The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins
 
The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins is obliged to provide the guest with all contracted services for an individual arrangement and to provide answers due to possible non-performance of services or part of services.
 
The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins will carry out all the stated obligations from their programs in full and in the manner described, except in case of ‘force majeure’, extreme weather or changed circumstances.
 
If possible, The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins will offer an alternative solution in such cases. The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins is not obligated to provide services outside of these Terms.
 
Obligations of the guest
 

The guest is obliged to ensure that they personally fulfill the requirements stipulated by the regulations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that they comply with the house rules and that they cooperate with the representative of the service provider.

The guest themselves are responsible for the damages caused, and especially for the damage that occurred as a result of non-compliance with the contract and these general conditions. The damages caused will be borne by the guest immediately on the spot or at another place designated by the natural or legal person to whom the damage was caused.

Final provisions

These General Conditions of Accommodation are an integral part of the Agreement that the guest enters into with The Cozy Chalet – Luxury Cabins. All possible/anticipated deviations from these Terms and Conditions must be stated with the text on the offer. The guest undertakes, in writing or orally, to fully accept these Terms and Conditions of, which the gust has previously carefully studied.
